Job Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position.

Minimum Qualification : HND
Experience Level : Mid level
Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description / Requirements

Responsibilities :

Establishing sales goals for individual sales representatives based on their past performance as well as market conditions

Maintaining relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business from existing clients

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness of products or services offered by the company

Coordinating with marketing staff to develop advertisements, brochures, or other materials that promote the company’s products or services

Preparing and submitting reports to management regarding sales results, market trends, and other pertinent details about the company’s performance in different markets

Coordinating all aspects of an event including selecting locations, hiring staff, booking entertainment, and developing a budget for the event

Working with other departments within the company to ensure that sales activities meet company goals for profitability.

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of experience

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree / HND in any discipline.

Good sales acumen and track record

Experience in insurance background is an added advantage.
