We are seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Lead (Female Preferred) to oversee and guide the current Sales and Marketing Manager, drive growth across all service categories, and ensure strong client engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and provide direction to the Sales & Marketing Manager and team members.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for all H06 Concierge service lines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Monitor sales targets and ensure consistent achievement across departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors.
- Oversee brand management, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service follow-up.
- Represent H06 Concierge at networking events and business forums.
- Collaborate closely with operations and HR to align business goals and performance standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the hospitality, mobility, or service sector.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms.Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate teams and achieve measurable results.Preferred Candidate
