Sales Officer( Men)

Job Summary

We are seeking individuals who are competitive and enthusiastic about sales, with experience in retail or wholesale sales, to assist customers in identifying products, process customer lists, and help with purchasing products.

Duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising.

The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers

Manage point-of-sale processes, picking, and invoicing

Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

Provide customers with information about products

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.

Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.

Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints.

Ring up purchases.

Follow all the company's policies and procedures

Requirements

OND, HND, BSC

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in sales, customer rep in pharmacy or retail

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

25-35 years old

Verbal and communication skills.

customer service skills.

Candidates must reside near Surulere, Ojuelegba, and Yaba. ( Apapa, Fadeyi, Onipan, Ebutte-metta, etc.)
