We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Sales Manager with a minimum of 15 years of proven experience driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams within the Plastics, FMCG, Paints & Resins, Lubricants, or Consumer Electronics sectors.
Key Requirements
HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 15 years’ progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the Plastics, FMCG, Paints & Resins, Lubricants, or Consumer Electronics industries is desired.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Solid knowledge of market dynamics and competitor activities in the relevant sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
Drive consistent revenue growth and expand market share.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve performance objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with major accounts.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
Support credit control and collection processes to minimize financial risks.
