Job Description
Our client in the real estate industry is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. They build and deliver premium properties in key locations and are strongly focused on investment value, design quality, and client-centered execution. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and closing property sales, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, confident in client engagement, and has a proven track record in sales. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify opportunities, communicate effectively, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Summary of Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Follow up on leads, conduct property tours
- Negotiate terms and prices with buyers in line with company policy
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospectsProvide expert advice on property options based on client and prospectsOffer seamless support throughout the buying / sales process (pre-sale to post-sale)Ensure client satisfaction and generate referralsMarket and Product Knowledge
Stay informed about property listings, market trends, and competitor activitiesProvide insights and updates to clients on investment opportunitiesKeep updated on legal documentation and property acquisition proceduresMarketing & Outreach
Work with the marketing team to promote properties (digital & offline)Represent the company at open houses, exhibitions, and real estate eventsAssist in creating property presentation, brochures, and social media contentAdministrative & Reporting duties
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and transactionsPrepare and present periodic sales reports to managementEnsure all sales documentation is properly completed and filedRequirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Estate management, Marketing or a related field or related field.5-8 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high-ticket industry.Proven track record in selling residential, commercial or land assets, with documented deal closureStrong network of property buyers, investors, agents and corporate clientsAbility to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in real estateConduct property presentations, site tours, and client meetings to drive salesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goalsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, regulations, and competitionSkilled in negotiating deals, closing transactions, and handling legal / contractual aspects of property salesHigh-level communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skillsGoal-driven, self-motivated, and able to meet or exceed sales targets consistentlyExperience using CRM software and basic digital marketing toolsProfessional appearance and conductAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits
