This is a remote position.
Rayda is seeking a high-performing BD & Partnerships Lead to drive our global partner strategy. This individual will be responsible for identifying, outreaching, and closing strategic partnerships that generate revenue and expand Rayda’s reach. This is a fully remote, individual contributor role with the potential to build a partnerships team in the future.
Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and prioritise potential partners (EORs, HR platforms, recruiters) across North America, Europe, and other regions with early-win potential.
Drive the full partnership lifecycle : outreach, negotiation, and deal closure.
Develop compelling partnership propositions leveraging Rayda’s embeddable product, API, white-label solutions, revenue share, and co-marketing opportunities.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to create partner enablement materials, launch joint initiatives, and drive partner success.
Track, report, and optimize partnership performance against agreed revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact.

Requirements
Proven experience in SaaS partnerships, HR tech, or related B2B ecosystem partnerships.
Existing network in EOR, HR platforms, or recruitment technology space is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Comfortable working across time zones and managing remote partner relationships.
