We are launching in Ikeja, Ikeja GRA and Maryland environs with (i) Good Online : A digital market place and mobile apps to easily find and buy good things and in Lekki / Ikeja with (ii) Good Pop / House : A physical location where people can find and shop good things, pick up online orders, attend community events, connect with people and have a good time.

As our Partnership & Business Development Manager, you’ll lead the charge in growing our B2B presence through meaningful, revenue-generating relationships with brands, businesses, and institutions. Your focus will span corporate gifting, retail partnerships, wholesale, and new distribution opportunities across physical and digital channels
Responsibilities :
Design and drive B2B partnership and sales strategy, spanning retail, corporate, gifting, wholesale, and platform distribution channels.
Identify, pitch, and convert high-potential business leads into long-term, revenue-generating partners, both locally and globally.
Own and exceed ambitious sales targets, building deep and lasting relationships with clients, buyers, collaborators, and strategic accounts.
Manage the full B2B sales cycle : from lead generation and prospecting to proposal development, closing, onboarding, and post-sale support.
Craft, design, and execute co-branded campaigns and brand activations in partnership with clients, working closely with internal teams (marketing, content, design, fulfillment) to bring them to life.
Develop and launch a B2B membership program that offers real value to partners, fosters brand loyalty, and unlocks recurring revenue.
Support and scale our reseller and stockist programs through targeted outreach, partner engagement, and seamless onboarding.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partners receive white-glove support and an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs, using insight to shape new business models, offerings, and product-market fit.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales, ideally within retail, FMCG, lifestyle, or digital commerce sectors.
A proven track record of identifying, pitching, and closing high-value partnerships that drive measurable revenue and brand growth.
Skilled at crafting partnership strategies, co-branded campaigns, and brand activations that deliver real impact.
You think commercially; you understand margins, sales funnels, and how to turn opportunities into outcomes.
Comfortable managing the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, onboarding, and relationship growth.
Strong communication and presentation skills, and you bring clarity and confidence to every conversation.
Proactive, persistent, and motivated by targets, but also thoughtful about building partnerships rooted in shared values.
Work easily across teams, with marketing, operations, product, and finance, to ensure every collaboration feels seamless and Good.
Organised, data-aware, and always curious about new market opportunities and emerging business models.
