About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development manager to lead strategic initiatives, oversee business operations, and drive growth across our software development units. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the software industry, client management, and organizational leadership. This role requires a blend of business insight, operational excellence, and passion for technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

Develop and execute business strategies that align with the company’s vision and market trends.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging technology trends.

Collaborate with the executive team to set organizational goals and define long-term business strategies.

2. Operations & Performance Management

Oversee the efficiency of day-to-day operations across departments.

Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure client projects are executed on time and within scope.

Streamline business processes for improved productivity, quality, and profitability.

3. Client & Partner Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Lead business negotiations, proposal development, and client onboarding.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

4. Financial & Business Analysis

Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Analyze key business performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Support management in data-driven decision-making and growth projections.

5. Team Leadership & Development

Provide leadership and mentorship to business and operations teams.

Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Foster collaboration between business, product, and technical teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business operations, strategy, or management within a software development or IT solutions firm.

Strong knowledge of software development processes (SDLC) and IT service delivery.

Proven experience in strategic planning, client management, and operational oversight.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools, project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
