Growth & Partnership Manager (Base pay & Commission)

The Growth & Partnership Manager will lead FriendnPal’s expansion strategy by driving user growth, securing strategic partnerships, and deepening relationships with corporates, NGOs, governments, and ecosystem partners.

You will blend business development, marketing strategy, and relationship management, helping us build sustainable revenue streams while amplifying our social impact.

This is a key leadership role for a results-driven, purpose-led professional who thrives at the intersection of tech, social innovation, and impact partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution

Design and execute growth strategies to scale FriendnPal’s B2B and B2C user base across Africa and MENA.

Identify and optimize growth channels (digital, partnerships, community, and referral).

Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to improve user acquisition, activation, and retention.

Lead performance tracking, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making for growth campaigns.

Partnership Development

Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, healthcare providers, and governments.

Develop CSR, wellness, and innovation collaborations that align with FriendnPal’s mission and the UN SDGs.

Drive integration partnerships with tech platforms (e.g., telcos, digital health, recycling networks).

Represent FriendnPal in ecosystem events, accelerators, and policy dialogues to strengthen visibility and credibility.

Revenue & Impact Growth

Develop partnership packages and corporate programs (Employee Assistance, Community Wellness, etc.).

Achieve quarterly revenue and impact targets through a combination of paid programs, sponsorships, and collaborations.

Work with the finance team to forecast, track, and report partnership performance and ROI.

Brand & Ecosystem Leadership

Position FriendnPal as a thought leader in digital wellness, inclusion, and AI for good.

Co-develop storytelling and pitch materials for potential investors, partners, and CSR sponsors.

Build and manage cross-sector alliances to advance FriendnPal’s Recycle-for-Wellness and Emotional Databank initiatives.
