Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for real estate projects.
Drive brand positioning, digital campaigns, and promotional activities to increase visibility and lead generation.
Manage client acquisition, relationship building, and negotiation through to deal closure.
Lead and motivate the sales team, agents, and brokers to consistently meet sales objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Develop pricing, promotional, and channel strategies in alignment with project and financial goals.
Prepare and deliver periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
Represent the company at exhibitions, industry conferences, and networking events.
Collaborate with project, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with project delivery timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; professional certifications in marketing or sales are an advantage.
7+ years’ experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in the real estate sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in property development.
Strong marketing expertise, including digital marketing, CRM platforms, and lead generation strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Goal-oriented, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
