About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Officer to join our dynamic sales team.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product depletion from distributors, expanding the customer base within the market, ensuring prompt payment collection, and providing accurate daily reports on stock movements and balances.This role requires a strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, excellent relationship management skills, and a commitment to achieving sales and distribution targets.Key Responsibilities
Drive product depletion from distributors and ensure consistent product movement within assigned territories.Identify and onboard new customers to support the distributors in expanding market reach and sales volume.Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure adequate product availability at all times.Ensure timely collection and remittance of cash from distributors and customers.Submit daily reports on sales performance, stock balance, and customer activities to the Sales Manager.Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.Support in executing trade marketing and in-market activation activities to drive visibility and sales.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.Requirements
SSCE / OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in sales or key account management within an FMCG environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong negotiation, analytical, and reporting abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple distributor accounts effectively.High level of integrity, accountability, and target orientation.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.Must be familiar with the local market and distributor operations.
