Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
Track delivery and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell WhooshNG’s services to existing clients.
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.
Provide clients with regular updates on their deliveries and overall account performance.
Conduct periodic client reviews to gather feedback and recommend improvements.
Develop strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.
Work towards meeting revenue targets and business growth objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
1 - 2 years of experience in account management, customer relations, or sales (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of logistics, delivery services, or supply chain management is an added advantage.
