Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
Prepare, record, and reconcile financial statements.
Process receipts, invoices, payments, and other financial documentation.
Monitor and retire petty cash and expense records.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.
Provide support in preparing budgets, reports, and audits.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, etc.) is an added advantage.
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate or related sector.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
High attention to detail and integrity.
