Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities and clients to drive company growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential client needs.
- Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
- Achieve or exceed set business development and revenue targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must have completed NYSC.
