Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our Assets Under Management (AUM). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating funds and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase AUM.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Generate funds through various channels, including investors, partnerships, and other sources
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in business development, finance, or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
