Job Summary

We are seeking a result-driven and proactive Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, drive sales growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the telecoms / ICT sector and a passion for developing tailored solutions for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Understand client needs and propose relevant broadband and connectivity solutions

Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning

Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Represent the company at networking events, trade exhibitions, and conferences

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

2–4 years proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in ICT / Telecoms)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Knowledge of broadband, internet services, and enterprise connectivity is an added advantage

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
