Job Objective : The client is looking to hire an effective and experienced Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, customer acquisition, and account management. The role requires a results-oriented individual who can identify opportunities, close deals, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
§ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly / quarterly targets.
§ Identify new market opportunities via prospecting and research.
§ Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
§ Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations.
§ Work with marketing to implement campaigns and promotional activities.
§ Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
§ Track competitor activities and market trends for informed decision-making.
§ Provide customer / market feedback to management.
Requirements
§ HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
§ 2–5 years’ experience in sales or business development.
§ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
§ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
§ Organized, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
§ Proficient in MS Office tools; CRM experience is an advantage.
