JOB OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven EduTech Sales Executive to lead initiatives that drive enrollment growth, build strategic partnerships, and promote our programs to a wider audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech education landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and strategic marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to attract prospective students and meet enrollment targets.
Analyze student enrollment trends and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
Promote and sell our tech training programs to individual and institutional prospects
Identify, generate, and actively follow up on new leads and enrollment opportunities
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and long-term engagement
Identify, approach, and nurture partnerships with schools, NGOs, corporations, community-based organizations, and government agencies to promote the academy's offerings.
Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement multi-channel campaigns (online and offline) that highlight the academy's tech and professional courses.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials, social media content, and outreach activities to increase visibility.
Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and student preferences to guide program development.
Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate new markets and recommend opportunities for business growth and diversification.
