Job Description (Summary)
As a Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible for the following :
- Actively prospect and generate new leads within the allocated vertical or region.
- Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to effectively position and demonstrate the value of our enterprise solutions.
- Conduct compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and sales negotiations to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support in delivering customized solutions to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management, highlighting sales performance and areas for improvement.
- Continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and self-development.
- Prospects and develops new opportunities to grow the business. Develops / Executes account plans with coaching help.
- Achieves sales goals within the assigned sales territory, market segment or channel partners.
- Develops opportunities to increase sales by identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers.
- Develops and executes account plans for top prospects and conducts face to face sales calls.
- Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines, including payment terms.
- Builds positive customer relationships that enable identification of a customer's needs, business model and buying process.
- Gains consensus on the differential advantage of Blakskill solutions by helping the customer have a clear idea and evaluate existing data and information and the value proposition.
- Drives sales, achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintains and strengthens customer relationships to generate future sales.
- Preparation of Sales report weekly, monthly and quarterly.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.Proven experience in business development, market expansion, or sales, preferably within the tech or HR industry.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with expertise in market research and data analysis.Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.Remuneration Budget : NGN 500 - 600K (net salary)
