Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for the expansion of the sales team and market penetration
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and secure new business opportunities for solar products including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and hybrid systems.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
3. Build, nurture, and manage strong client relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
4. Conduct product presentations and provide tailored solutions to meet customer energy needs.
5. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for business strategy.
7. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and prepare periodic performance reports.
8. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Requirements
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree ( B.Sc . / HND) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years proven sales experience in the solar energy industry in Nigeria.
3. Previous experience with leading renewable energy companies is required.
4. Strong technical understanding of solar energy products and solutions.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
7. Target-driven, resilient, and able to work independently.
8. Willingness to travel within Lagos and across Nigeria as required.
9. Should have worked with a competitor like Sun King, Felicity, Cworth and Gospower
