As a growing firm, we are seeking a Sales Executive to drive consistent revenue, expand our client base, and position our services in the market.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying opportunities, building strong client pipelines, and closing deals. This role requires a self-driven professional who can convert conversations into contracts, nurture relationships, and consistently deliver results in a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business leads across diverse industries.
Promote and sell HR consulting and professional services, aligning client needs with our solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle : pitching, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with internal consultants to design client-focused solutions.
Represent the firm at networking events and industry engagements (virtual / physical).
Use CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and report sales performance.
Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.

Salary :
₦150,000 – ₦200,000 (fixed & performance-based) + attractive commission
(High performers can earn ₦700k+ monthly)
