Key Responsibilities :
Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Promote and sell company properties to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
Conduct site inspections, property tours, and presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide market insights and feedback to management to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements :
Minimum of HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Proven experience in sales (experience in real estate will be an added advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
