My client is a holding company headquartered in Singapore. It operates a diversified business interest that includes the largest noodles brand in Nigeria. Due to expansion, they are in need of a SALES EXECUTIVE.
Location : Lagos
Job Summary :   We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within assigned territory.
- Implement effective route-to-market (RTM) strategies to maximize product visibility and availability.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide timely feedback to management.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contracts with trade partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute trade marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and timely submission of reports.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.3–5 years of proven sales experience preferrably in FMCGStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Good knowledge of market dynamics, trade channels, and customer behaviors in Nigeria.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.A self-starter with high drive, resilience, and target-oriented mindset.
