JOB OVERVIEW :
The Marketing Head will lead and drive the overall marketing strategy across all the organisation’s business units. This includes overseeing branding, digital marketing, customer acquisition, public relations, and growth marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented strategist with strong leadership skills, capable of turning vision into measurable growth, while maintaining a consistent brand message across all platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and business unit objectives.
Lead the marketing and sales team and oversee agency / vendor relationships.
Provide marketing insights and reports to executive leadership for strategic decisions.
Set clear KPIs for each campaign and business line, ensuring effective ROI tracking.
Plan and execute customer acquisition and retention campaigns across digital platforms.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to grow vendor and customer adoption.
Drive performance marketing (SEM, display ads, influencer campaigns) to increase app downloads and transactions.
Optimize marketplace visibility through SEO, partnerships, and promotions
Lead outreach campaigns to drive course enrollments and brand awareness.
Collaborate with the academic and tech teams on landing pages, webinars, and email marketing.
Drive tutor recruitment and educational partnerships.
Loan and POS Business
Design campaigns to promote loan offerings and POS device deployments.
Ensure regulatory-compliant financial messaging and transparency.
Build trust in financial products through storytelling and social proof.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints and business units.
Oversee PR initiatives, press releases, and corporate communication.
Manage social media strategies, community engagement, and content calendars.
Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing marketing professionals.
Manage team performance, budgets, and timelines.
Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and accountability.
