Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase Assets Under Management (AUM). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating funds, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and increase AUM.
- Generate funds through various channels, including investors, partnerships, and other sources.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry leaders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience in business development, finance, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and generating funds.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
