§ Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production and loading of goods such as Loaders and Pallets.
§ Recommend or execute personnel actions, such as hirings, evaluations, or promotions.
§ Maintain operations data, such as time records, production, expense and prepare production reports for the management.
§ Ensure the production and logistics process remains smooth and efficient by monitoring operation workers and organizing work flow.

Responsibilities
- Continuous recruitment, orientation and training of factory operatives.
- Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and sequences to meet client’s projected expectations.
- Set standards and specified targets for new operatives.
- Enforcement of Clients / TDL rules and regulations.
- Effective management of the operatives’ activities in line with client’s requirement.
- Efficient resolution of issues
- Effective management of work activities and attendance records.
- Prompt submission of work done at the end of every shift.
- Implementation of efficient cost management strategies such as manpower management, PPE management, and proper product / machine handling.
- Stakeholder and Conflict management.
- Maintain the security of all information entrusted to you and all members of staff.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to decrease potential injuries for employee on the job at all times. [Strict Adherence to the usage of P.P.E(s)].
