Job Description (Summary)

As the Shop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the retail outlet, supervise staff, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless customer service and inventory control.

Overseeing daily sales to customers

Ensuring accurate record of daily sales manually and / or software system

Management of payment channels.

Inventory / Stock management

Management of credit sales

Supervision of other staffs

Rendering of required reports

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of First Degree or HND in Social Sciences (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting)

3 – 5 years of proven experience in retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sales

Strong customer service and cash handling skills

Proficiency in using business software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar tools (advantageous)
