We are looking for a dedicated Supermarket Floor Supervisor to manage daily operations on the sales floor and develop strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations on the supermarket floor, ensuring a high standard of customer service and product availability.

Supervise and train staff, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork.

Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock audits to maintain optimal stock levels.

Implement merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.

Champion initiatives to enhance the shopping experience and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and store policies.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement business strategies that align with overall goals.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Retail Management or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in retail or supermarket operations, ideally in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
