Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
Assist in developing, implementing, and improving operational systems, processes, and best practices.
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Monitor workflow and ensure operational targets are met.
Help manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation.
2. Staff Supervision & Development
Support in recruiting, training, and evaluating operational staff.
Supervise team performance and provide coaching or corrective feedback when necessary.
Foster a positive, productive, and safe work environment.
3. Process Improvement & Quality Control
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
Ensure quality standards are consistently met across departments.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports.
4. Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between management and operational staff.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales) to align operational goals.
Assist in scheduling meetings and communicating operational updates.
5. Compliance & Safety
Ensure operations adhere to legal, regulatory, and company safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain workplace safety and operational integrity.
6. Customer & Vendor Relations
Support customer service operations and help resolve escalated issues.
Assist in managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and partners.
