Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (Frontliner) serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication, prompt issue resolution, and adherence to company service standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to walk-in customers courteously and professionally.
- Provide accurate information on company products, services, and policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Process transactions, payments, and service orders where applicable.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Ensure the front desk or service area is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
- Promote company offerings and ensure customers have a positive service experience.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Job Requirements
First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.MINIMUM 3 years proven experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk operations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM or POS systems .Neat appearance, courteous disposition, and positive attitude.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.Must demonstrate professionalism and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
