Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service / Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate must be energetic, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and attend to customers courteously.

Take and process food and beverage orders promptly.

Maintain cleanliness of service and dining areas.

Ensure all meals meet company quality standards.

Restock and organize service items which are food and beverages as needed.

Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards outlined by the restaurant.

Stand for long hours and perform duties in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements :

Minimum of SSCE or ND qualification.

1–2 years experience in a QSR or customer-facing role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work morning / night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
