Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Ikeja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets through direct, face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory (Ikeja and environs)
Visit prospective clients to pitch products / services and close deals
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Conduct market research to understand competitors and customer needs
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to the management
Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and sales records
Requirements :
Minimum of HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
Good knowledge of the Ikeja area and ability to move around easily
Must have a smartphone and be tech-savvy
