Salary : ₦120,000 Base + On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to ₦250,000 Monthly

Role Summary
The Field Sales Executive (Island) will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across the Victoria Island, Ikoyi, and Lekki axes. The role involves executing direct field marketing strategies, managing community activations, and developing local partnerships to promote the company’s healthcare testing solutions.
The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and passionate about healthcare innovation and field-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct direct field sales and marketing activities to attract new individual and business clients within VI, Ikoyi, and Lekki.
Build and sustain brand visibility through field campaigns, roadshows, and local activations.
Identify and develop strategic community and business partnerships to boost sales.
Represent the company professionally at events, outreach programs, and marketing activations .
Generate and report weekly sales data, leads, conversions, and field insights to management.
Deliver excellent post-sale support and customer engagement to drive client retention and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing initiatives and improve service reach.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
1 – 2 years’ experience in field sales, marketing, or customer acquisition (preferably in FMCG, telecoms, or healthtech).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be Lagos-based with solid knowledge of Island markets (VI, Ikoyi, Lekki).
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Must own a smartphone (and laptop is an advantage).
Must be available to resume immediately .
