Job descriptionDeveloping a business development strategy focused on financial gain Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Coordinating the activities of the Field sales Executives with weekly reports to the Human Resources Manager. Work hand-in-hand with HR to manage and evaluate the performance of Field Sales Executives Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients Increasing client base Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition Preparing and presenting business proposals Negotiating with stakeholders Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs Following industry trends locally and internationally Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement
