Job Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Manager to join our team and manage multiple businesses owned by Fantwin Logistics. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will work closely with the Client to achieve the objectives set forth by the Client.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description / Requirements

Responsibilities :

  • Manage 2 - 4 businesses owned by Fantwin Logistics
  • Oversee dispatch logistics, social media management, and affiliate marketing platform
  • Manage 2 - 4 employees, ensuring quality employees are hired and maintaining punctuality among all employees
  • Maintaining team chemistry and morale
  • Manage employee salaries and ensure all payments are made on time and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Manage all company equipment and ensure it is properly maintained and used in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide regular reports on the progress of each business
  • Maintain confidentiality of all confidential information of Client.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Manager in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple businesses simultaneously
  • Knowledge of dispatch logistics, social media management, and affiliate marketing platform.

    • Remuneration : NGN 400,000
