JOB TITLE : BUSINESS MANAGER

LOCATION : ONIPANU, LAGOS

SALARY : ₦250,000 - ₦300,000 Monthly

A growing printing press in Onipanu is looking for a Business Manager to handle daily operations, support the team, and help drive business growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of business operations.
  • Experience in printing or production is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and accounting tools

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage day-to-day business activities.
  • Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Organize staff training and development
  • Follow up on client payments and manage invoices
  • Oversee expenses, staff salaries, and basic accounting.
  • Ensure production runs smoothly and meets quality standards
  • Support basic marketing and customer relations.
