Job Title : Factory Supervisor

Location : Allen, Ikeja

Salary : ₦100,000 - ₦120,000

Job Summary :

A fast-growing food processing and packaging company based in Ikeja, is seeking a proactive and organized Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, maintain product quality standards, promote safety compliance, and support overall factory productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and communicate them to the team.

Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing shift schedules.

Guide, motivate, and monitor employees to ensure optimal productivity.

Oversee the safe use of machinery and schedule routine maintenance.

Perform quality checks and verify production outputs against set specifications.

Prepare and present reports on performance, progress, and areas for improvement.

Identify and resolve inefficiencies within the production process.

Train new employees on equipment usage and safety procedures.

Enforce strict adherence to company standards and safety regulations.

Minimize waste and drive operational efficiency to improve overall yield.

Requirements :

ND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant discipline (higher education qualification required).

Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a supervisory or production-related role (preferably in food manufacturing).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to coordinate teams and ensure smooth production operations.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of factory safety practices and quality control standards.
