Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager with proven expertise in import & export operations and end-to-end supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating international shipments via both air and sea freight, with a strong ability to manage logistics operations efficiently, streamline processes, and deliver cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage all aspects of import and export operations (air & sea freight).

Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor and coordinate shipments, ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery.

Manage vendor, supplier, and freight forwarder relationships to guarantee smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, shipping documentation, and local requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.

Develop supply chain strategies that align with company goals and optimize performance.

Requirements :

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in logistics, import / export, and supply chain management.

Demonstrated hands-on experience in coordinating international shipments (air & sea).

Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, customs processes, and documentation.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders.

Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Professional certification in Supply Chain or Logistics, an added advantage.
