LOCATION : Lagos
Job Summary : The Performance and Reward Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance management systems within the organization. Ensures alignment between individual performance, organizational objectives, and reward mechanisms using balanced scorecard methodology and other performance management tools.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design and implement performance management frameworks aligned with organizational goals
- Manage Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology implementation across departments
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics for various roles
- Coordinate performance review cycles and ensure timely completion
- Analyze performance data and provide insights for organizational improvement
- Design and maintain competitive compensation and reward structures
- Conduct regular salary bench-marking and market analysis
- Manage performance-based reward programs and incentive schemes
- Coordinate annual salary reviews and merit increase processes
- Ensure reward systems align with performance outcomes and company objectives
- Generate performance reports and trend analysis for management review
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies
- Conduct performance data analysis to support HR decision-making
- Prepare performance dashboards and scorecards for leadership
- Monitor and report on performance management system effectiveness
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in performance management, compensation, or HR analytics.Proven experience implementing Balanced Scorecard (BSC) or similar performance frameworks.Strong understanding of performance management systems, KPIs, and goal-setting methodologies.Ability to interpret and analyze quantitative and qualitative performance data.Excellent report writing, and presentation skills.
