Location : Lagos (Island)

Our client is an iconic Nigerian Fashion Design brand specializing in premium African apparel for the global elite class.

The Company is seeking to hire a smart Operations Associate who will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the fashion brand. This position will support key functions including order fulfillment, production workflow, customer service, logistics, and visual merchandising.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering excellence in a high-end fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Order Fulfillment :

§   Process customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Input orders, confirm payments and measurements, and coordinate with production and logistics teams. Manage rental orders, including agreements, pickups, deliveries, and returns.

Customer Service Support :

§   Respond to customer inquiries—both in-store and digital—regarding placing orders, product availability, production, order status, and delivery. Handle complaints professionally and collect feedback to improve service quality.

Visual Merchandising / Inventory Management :

§   Assist in creating attractive product displays and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Maintain accurate stock levels of Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items, conduct regular audits, and ensure showroom organization.

Logistical Support :

§   Receive and inspect incoming client fabrics, coordinate shipments, and manage deliveries with third-party logistics partners. Ensure all packaging meets brand standards.

Reporting & Analysis :

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, order status, and operational performance. Track KPIs and recommend process improvements

Requirements

§   Experience in operations, fashion, or the creative industry (preferred).

§   Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)

§   Strong organizational and time management skills

§   Excellent communication and customer service abilities

§   Experience with ERP Systems, data analysis tools, Microsoft Office, and inventory / order management systems

§   Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

§   Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.

§   Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Performance Metrics

§   Order Accuracy

§   Order Fulfillment Speed (average time from order to dispatch)

§   Inventory Accuracy (system vs. physical count)

§   Customer Satisfaction (based on feedback and delivery performance)
