About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Behavioral Change Management Specialist to support organizational transformation and cultural alignment initiatives at HQ. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive employee adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive change culture, reducing resistance, and ensuring sustainable behavioral change across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement change management strategies, plans, and frameworks to support organizational initiatives.
Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and readiness for change.
Develop and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans to drive adoption.
Support leadership in reinforcing change and building cultural alignment.
Monitor, track, and report on change management activities, adoption rates, and employee feedback.
Coach managers and team leaders in effective change leadership practices.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to ensure smooth transitions in processes and systems.
Create tools, resources, and documentation to sustain long-term behavioral change.
Expected Service Delivery Expertise for Information Management and Records / Document Control (extracted from SOW)
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of change management models (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Certifications such as Prosci Change Management, CIPD, or Organizational Development credentials are an advantage.
Experience in oil & gas, telecoms, or large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.
