About the Role :
As a Content Operations Specialist, you will support our day-to-day user engagement, coordinate across teams, and help manage copyright-related processes. This role sits at the intersection of content, operations, and user experience. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage tasks efficiently, write short promotional copy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, design and marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the use of all third-party content, (e.g., sports images, promotional material, statistics) to ensure proper permissions and licensing are in place.
- Write simple, engaging promotional content for users.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, design, content) to execute tasks smoothly.
- Manage content operations including copyright review and compliance.
- Monitor the platform for any inappropriate or non-compliant user activity and take necessary action.
- Act as the primary point of contact and executor for operational tasks requested by other teams such as Product, Design, and Marketing.
- Coordinate the execution of key tasks, including scheduling and sending push notifications, in-app announcements, and promotional emails.
- Support user engagement and operational workflows as needed.
- Monitor user activity and flag issues or trends for the team.
- Support campaign rollout and feedback tracking.
Requirements :
1–3 years experience in operations, user operations, or a similar role.Experience with content moderation or copyright workflows.Basic knowledge of tools like CMS, email platforms, or push notification tools.Ability to work with cross-functional teams.Ability to write clear and engaging content.Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks.
