Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce startup making online shopping simple, affordable, and flexible. Beyond our marketplace, we offer a Buy Now, Pay Later option that allows customers to shop conveniently and pay over time.
They are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our support team. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries, follow up on orders, resolve complaints, and assist users with our Buy Now, Pay Later service. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
Summary of Responsibilities
Requirements
§ OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any field.
§ 1–2 years of experience in customer service (preferably in E-commerce or Fintech).
§ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
§ Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM or support tools.
§ Patient, empathetic, and able to multitask under pressure.
