Role Summary

We are seeking smart, presentable, and customer-oriented Front Desk Executives to manage reception and administrative support functions across our Island branches. The ideal candidates must be professional, proactive, and able to create a welcoming environment for patients, clients, and visitors while ensuring smooth front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to clients, patients, and visitors in a professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.

Manage and maintain a clean, professional, and organized reception area.

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and bookings.

Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service.

Maintain accurate records, files, and visitor / patient logs.

Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors when required.

Provide administrative support to management and clinical teams as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.

2-4 years proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant (healthcare experience is an advantage).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Presentable, courteous, and customer-focused.

Must reside on the Island (Sangotedo, Lekki, or VI).
