We’re seeking a creative and customer-focused Social Media & Customer Support Officer to manage online presence and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, engaging, and skilled at creating digital content that connects with audiences while representing the brand’s voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with the brand’s tone and goals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints, process inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Track analytics and prepare simple reports on engagement and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience managing social media pages for a brand or business.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for visuals and trends.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics).
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
