Job Description
We’re seeking a creative and customer-focused Social Media & Customer Support Officer to manage online presence and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, engaging, and skilled at creating digital content that connects with audiences while representing the brand’s voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with the brand’s tone and goals.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints, process inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Track analytics and prepare simple reports on engagement and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.2–3 years of proven experience managing social media pages for a brand or business.Strong communication and writing skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Creative mindset with a good eye for visuals and trends.Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics).Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
