Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in line with the company's strategic goals.Generate leads and convert them into active clients for products such as LPO financing, invoice discounting, and asset financing.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to foster business growth.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.Collaborate with internal teams, including Credit and Risk, to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery process.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify expansion opportunities.Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.Ideal Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.2 to 4 years of proven experience in a business development, sales, or relationship management role, preferably within a financial institution or fintech.A strong understanding of SME financial products and the lending lifecycle.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is an advantage.Previous experience working in fintech, start-up / scale-up environment would give you an added advantage.On Offer
