We are seeking a Call Centre Representative to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers — providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one.
You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing inquiries, complaints, and feedback, while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
Key Responsibilities.
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, feedback, or sales leads when required.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
Resolve customer complaints by identifying the cause, determining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
