This is an in-person, mid-level management role based in Abuja, designed for a proven performer who can deliver growth, build partnerships, and lead winning strategies.
The Opportunity
As Head of Commercial, you will :
Own Growth : Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
Lead Deals : Identify, negotiate, and close high-value business opportunities.
Build Networks : Forge and manage strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Command the Market : Deliver actionable insights and competitive analysis that shape strategy.

Who We’re Looking For
Proven Performer : 5+ years in sales, business development, or commercial leadership in fintech, tech, education, or financial services.
Results-Driven : A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
Strategic & Bold : Strong ability to design and execute ambitious growth strategies.
Relationship Builder : Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Grounded in Abuja : Familiar with the Abuja market and able to leverage local opportunities.
