Key Responsibilities

o Greet and engage customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.

o Explain product features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranties.

o Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.

o Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.

o Process sales paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements.

o Maintain knowledge of current inventory, new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.

o Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business.

o Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

o Collaborate with finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
