The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing sales in the real estate market. The role involves promoting the company’s properties, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and develop new clients for property sales.
Market and promote the company’s real estate products through online and offline channels.
Conduct property inspections, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate offers, prepare sales documents, and ensure proper closing of deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide clients with accurate information on pricing, payment plans, mortgage options, and property features.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in real estate sales or similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Knowledge of the local property market is an added advantage.
